Drug Uses

Talekt has antimicrobial, anti-allergic, wound-healing, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, hepatoprotective and immunostimulatory actions, which synergistically complement the renormalization of disturbed physiological metabolic processes. Talekt's antimicrobial activities combat the dermal infections due to gram +ve and gram -ve strains. Its anti-allergic property helps to control pruritus associated with dermal infections, whereas its hepatic stimulant property helps in improvement of liver functions and removal of toxic metabolic products, providing additional therapeutic effect. It also enhances the immune response, thus preventing repeated relapses.

Drug Class and Mechanism

Talekt offers potent antibacterial, antifungal, anti-allergic and antiviral activities. It is effective against different types of dermal infections caused by both gram +ve and gram -ve strains. Talekt enhances immune response of the body, and hence prevents repeated relapses. Talekt is non-steroidal.

Missed Dose

If you miss a dose of Talekt and you are using it regularly, use it as soon as possible. Do not use 2 doses at once.

Storage

Store at the room temperature away from moisture and sunlight. Keep out of the reach of children.

Warnings/Precautions

There are no know precautions for using Talekt syrup.

Possible Side Effects

Talekt syrup is not known to have any significant side effects, if taken as per the prescribed dosage.
